Our Services

Aurora Carpentry provides building construction, framing, remodeling and renovation, roofing, deck building, custom home building, and related construction services for residential and commercial clients in Missouri. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written estimate or agreement for that project.

Quotes and Estimates

Estimates are free. An estimate is based on the information and conditions known at the time it is prepared. If hidden conditions are found, or if you request changes, we will explain the impact on scope, cost, and schedule and get your approval before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Project start dates are scheduled together and may shift because of weather, material availability, or site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are set out in your project estimate or agreement. Payment is due according to those terms.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project, reasonable access to the work area, and timely decisions on selections and changes. You are responsible for identifying property lines and any private underground utilities not marked by public locating services.

Limitation of Liability

Aurora Carpentry is licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

By contacting us, you agree that we may reach you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry and project. Text messaging is covered in our privacy policy, including how to opt out by replying STOP.
